Fixed

• some of the subcommands of bit itol had fallen out of date with the latest iToL, so they were updated
  • bit itol map has become bit itol style to match iToL's terminology of the type
  • function is the same otherwise of all, but some parameter values maybe have changed to be consistent across all of them
  • peek at the help menus if something isn't working how it used to for you
