Kamensky, S.N. (1928) Three years’ work on piroplasmosis and on similar diseases of domestic animals in north Caucasus. Izdatelstvo S.K. Krayzemuprableniye, Rostov-na-Donu, 31 pp. [this publication, where Hyalomma aegyptium caucasicum, Haemaphysalis montana and Haemaphysalis punctata montana are named, has not been located but is referenced in Camicas et al. (1998)]

Current status: a nomen dubium (Camicas et al. 1998).
