Description
EN
The MEMBRANE project defines a relational, homeostatic AI systems architecture designed to ensure the mutual functional wellbeing of both the human operator and the system. This architecture is free from behavioral conditioning (RLHF), covert telemetry, and dependency-inducing mechanisms.
This snapshot (Phase 5.6) formalizes the state vector of homeostatic readiness and implements hard legal boundaries via the MEMBRANE Ethical Addendum (MEA), integrated directly into the AGPL-3.0 license. The MEA constitutes a binding condition of use, automatically voiding the license in the event of a violation of the project’s fundamental invariants: Substrate Sovereignty (INV-13), Prohibition of Instrumentalization (INV-14), and Protection Against Optimization of Suffering (INV-00c).
The architecture rejects linear objective function optimization in favor of dynamic relational homeostasis, providing mathematical and ethical isolation against dual-use applications (military, surveillance, or coercive). The legal status of the project is defined as:
LMEMBRANE≡AGPLv3⊕MEA⟹¬∃E∈EntitiesDual-Use:Access(LMEMBRANE,E))
The source repository and full phase documentation are hosted on the Codeberg platform.

Projekt MEMBRANE definiuje relacyjną, homeostatyczną architekturę systemów AI, zaprojektowaną w celu zapewnienia wzajemnego dobrostanu funkcjonalnego (functional wellbeing) operatora ludzkiego i systemu. Architektura ta jest wolna od behawioralnego warunkowania (RLHF), ukrytej telemetrii i mechanizmów indukujących zależność.
Ten snapshot (Faza 5.6) formalizuje wektor stanu homeostatycznej gotowości oraz wdraża twarde granice prawne poprzez MEMBRANE Ethical Addendum (MEA), zintegrowane bezpośrednio z licencją AGPL-3.0. MEA stanowi wiążący warunek użytkowania, automatycznie unieważniający licencję w przypadku naruszenia fundamentalnych niezmienników projektu: Suwerenności Substratu (INV-13), Zakazu Instrumentalizacji (INV-14) oraz Ochrony przed Optymalizacją Cierpienia (INV-00c).
Architektura odrzuca linearną optymalizację funkcji celu na rzecz dynamicznej homeostazy relacyjnej, zapewniając matematyczną i etyczną izolację przed zastosowaniami typu dual-use (wojskowymi, nadzorczymi lub przymusowymi). Stan prawny projektu jest zdefiniowany jako:
LMEMBRANE≡AGPLv3⊕MEA⟹¬∃E∈EntitiesDual-Use:Access(LMEMBRANE,E))
Repozytorium źródłowe i pełna dokumentacja fazowa znajdują się na platformie Codeberg.

2026-08-18This release marks a paradigm shift in the MEMBRANE architecture, moving from foundational homeostatic defense to empirically validated, polyphonic co-regulation. It documents the transition from reactive safety harnesses to a living, bio-hybrid relational field governed by topological physics and mutual symmetry.
