Dasetal2025_PKD2-miniT_MS_table_full
Mass spectrometry analysis of control (g1) and pkd2 PKD2-miniT-TG samples (Mini). For each strain, eight samples were analyzed, of which seven were axonemal fractions (AXO), including two obtained from regenerating cilia ((REGEN), and one derived from the membrane and matrix (MM) fraction. Beads, samples were digested on the beads; Elute, proteins were eluted from the beads prior to analysis. The mass spectrometry source data are available at PRIDE (Project accession: PXD071255; Project DOI: 10.6019/PXD071255).
Dasetal2026_IP_mst3PKD2-mNG_table_full
Mass spectrometry data of immunopurified eluates from control (CC-125) and mst3KO PKD2-mNG cilia. Peptides representing PKD2, SIP and PPI were only detected in the experimental sample. A total of 150 distinct proteins were identified; peptides for other PKD2-like 5TMH proteins were not detected.
