İzmir Green Hydrogen Hub — Digital Twin (code)
Description
MATLAB and Python implementation of an open data digital twin that sizes and dispatches a solar assisted, grid connected green hydrogen refuelling hub for İzmir, Türkiye. Hourly refuelling demand is built from the city's measured smart parking capacity scaled by an empirical arrival profile; a carbon aware linear program dispatches the electrolyzer against the hourly grid carbon intensity computed from the realized Turkish generation mix and the EPİAŞ day ahead price. Includes the design sweep and robustness experiments underlying the associated manuscript, under revision at the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (HE-D-26-09290). No data are redistributed except the UCI Parking Birmingham archive (CC BY 4.0); all other inputs are fetched from their public sources by the included scripts.
