d-SEAMS 2.0: Incremental ring and cage algorithms for ice structure analysis (reproducibility archive)

Reproducibility archive for the d-SEAMS 2.0 paper: the Snakemake workflow that rebuilds the tip and baseline trees, gates on a green test suite, runs every benchmark behind the paper's tables through HyperQueue inside one Slurm allocation, and writes a single manifest; the reference manifest, run-conditions record, and state-of-the-art comparison sweep produced by that workflow; and the software source at the tagged release together with its exact external inputs (meson subproject wraps and the pixi lockfile).
