Canonical reference map for the PRE-GHR publication series. Records every record in the series with its concept DOI, version history, and relational links; declares numbering conventions and known gaps; establishes citation and versioning standards. This map is itself a PRE-GHR series record. v29 (2026-08-16): adds PRE-GHR ET#6 (The Numbered Fall — Causal Anchor Protocol, concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21966843, v1 version DOI 21966844). Sixth empirical trace: a user-knowledge-distilled protocol recording only anchor points at irreversible forks ("record only the knots of the chain, not the water between them"), written as a self-demonstrating erratum — the original tamper-impossibility claim (Material L57) refuted for purely introspective hash chains, corrected by periodic external anchoring of the chain head.
