Building upon Paper 19, which established the one-to-one isomorphism between cosmic genesis/phase transitions and intuitive music creation, this paper provides the mathematical foundation and proof of harmonic vibrations as the microscopic basis for genre emergence. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that the acoustic creation process—advancing through 10 distinct phases from the "emptiness of zero" through chaos and error redemption to high-order harmony—shares an identical physical structure (isomorphism) across visual arts, architecture, literature, and organizational social systems. Finally, rejecting elimination through intolerance, this paper introduces the "Universal Constitution" based on Dynamic Peace Tuning—a philosophy of embracing and sublimating noise and error through human intelligence and empathy—as a foundational guideline for sustainable, higher-order social systems.
