Gold Scaling in Simplex Space: Recursive Prime and Twin-Prime Domains

I present a framework that traverses the simplex series on a diagonal and connect the idea of primality being the unique divisors that perfectly divide their state space.
Primes additionally act as a doorway to the twin primes, in which, the prime 7 shows a relationship to the next 7 twin primes, and the prime 11 shows a relationship to the next 11 twin primes, and continues on like that to infinite.

So Counting diagonally through simplex states = primes perfect state space divisors = seeds for twin primes in higher dimensions = p amount of twin primes for every p.
