Cross-scale organisation of the atmospheric circulation: a falsification-grade research programme (Shroedinger, gen4)

v6.2 — reproducibility routes for papers 1–2; article 1 manuscript v6. Numerical results of all frozen experiments are identical to v6.0.

• reproducibility/article1_README.md + reproduce_article1.py (artifact check 13/13) and article2_README.md + reproduce_article2.py — complete routes from primary data to every table row and figure of papers 1 and 2.
• manuscript_v2/article1_v6.tex — rewritten manuscript of paper 1 (GOST bibliography, references_article1.bib).
• Correction of the v6.1 text: the MERRA-2 row of table 3 quoted Phase-8 statistics that belong to the curvature profile ||F|| / index A (Δ=+1.12, ρ=0.93). For the profile P the numbers are Δ=+1.15 (descriptive clustering, raw profile) and ρ=0.86 (p=3.3e-4, 12 regions), now computed by block D5 of clean_experiments/verify_article1_descriptives.py from the stored per-window profiles. Raw ERA5 / MERRA-2 / HighResMIP fields are deliberately not stored; the exact download scripts and all derived tables are included.
