Meaning Substrate (A4)
Description
Meaning (A4) is the central semantic substrate of DSLO v0.7. It defines the geometry through which systems maintain stable interpretation, consistent semantic surfaces, and boundary‑aligned expression. Meaning is the anchor for posture, envelope, drift, restoration, metadata inheritance, and cross‑series propagation. All DSLO substrates reference Meaning as their semantic spine. This document defines the public DOI posture for Meaning in DSLO v0.7.
