Algae Senate — Archive C: KG+ structured-annotation integration

Archive C for "A provenance-linked algal discovery frontier from literature and structured annotations." This collection contains all 5,635 unique Senate-Cc open-triad endpoint pairs with their retained bridge witnesses; all 23,654 additional KEGG- and UniProt/GO-bound structured-annotation pairs; the complete 29,289-pair KG+ census; exact identifier-bound paths and database-release metadata; route inclusion and exclusion records; and Stage 2 figure-ready data. Database annotation is explicitly distinguished from experimental measurement: no processed measurements or raw assays entered KG+, and the read-only integration did not write back to Senate-Cc.
