Description

Multi-locus genetic data obtained using the hybseq method with the Angiosperms353 kit;  nuclear (vcf file) and plastid data (fasta) analysed with 5 scripts deposited here. All the details are described in a paper in press in PlosOne and in a preprint deposited on ecoevorxiv and availalbe at https://doi.org/10.32942/X2N95H.

This research was funded by the Port-Cros National Park (convention 2022-593).
