PASC F0 Gap-Closure Scaffold and Structural Templates

This technical note provides an external analytical scaffold for the six PASC F0 criteria that remain NOT_SATISFIED in Post-Anchor Succession and Custody (PASC): Foundation Gate v0.1.1, Recovery Build 5. It specifies an author-acceptance payload template, a canonical-source-record projection boundary, a candidate adapter-artifact plan, an independent-human-review disposition structure, a blind commit-reveal field replay protocol, a fail-closed protected-boundary preservation posture, a reserved-territory audit matrix, and a dependency-aware closure work order.
