Coupling of MINI2P with corrected microendoscopes - dataset

This is the companion repository to the manuscript:
Extended field-of-view two-photon imaging in the deep brain of freely behaving mice using lightweight microfabricated corrective optics
It contains: 

• 4 csv files containing experimental data of axial and lateral resolution of MINI2P coupled with 4.1 mm- and 6.4 mm-long corrected and uncorrected microendoscopes measured with subresolved fluorescent beads as a function of the radial distance from the center of the field-of-view
• 2 npy files containing jGCaPM7f calcium traces extracted from raw and denoised calcium imaging movies recorded in the ventroposteromedial thalamic nucleus of freely moving mice (n = 353 cells from m = 8 mice)
