A Study on The Importance of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Improving the Quality of Educational Institutions

Total Quality Management (TQM) has emerged as a significant approach for enhancing organizational performance across various sectors, including education. In the context of educational institutions, TQM emphasizes continuous improvement, stakeholder satisfaction, and effective management practices. The present study explores the importance of TQM in improving the quality of educational institutions. The research adopts a descriptive survey method and collects data from teachers and students using a structured questionnaire.
