Using a survey conducted via Google Form, the findings show that many students experience moderate stress and struggle to maintain healthy lifestyles. The study highlights the need for institutional support and personal strategies, such as a supportive academic environment, healthy habits, and access to counselling, to improve students well-being and effectiveness as educators.
