Description

This dataset contains all processed omics analytical files derived from the space‑induced yellow‑green dwarf rice mutant yel and its wild‑type HR15. 1. BSA‑seq data: Filtered SNP & InDel annotation tables, candidate interval statistics on chromosome 5, mutation information of the causal gene Os05g0560300 (OsMPEC, G‑to‑T missense substitution). 2. RNA‑seq transcriptome data: FPKM expression matrix, differentially expressed gene lists, GO and KEGG enrichment tables of two seedling stages. Original raw fastq sequencing files are permanently lost due to the sequencing company’s expired storage period. 3. Untargeted metabolomics data: Metabolite quantification tables, differential metabolite screening results, porphyrin and chlorophyll pathway enrichment files. The original LC‑MS raw files cannot be retrieved. All analytical files provided in the attached ZIP archive are processed omics results delivered by Biomarker Technologies. All datasets support the molecular mechanism analysis of chlorophyll biosynthesis disorder caused by OsMPEC mutation in the yel mutant.
