PRISM Network strategy 2026-2030: Strengthening the UK's research investment community
Authors/Creators
Description
This document is the PRISM Network strategy for the next five years (2026-2030). This is a major milestone for the organisation as the Network now exceeds 1,300 members across more than 140 UK research performing organisations. The first ever formal strategy has been the outcome of many discussions over a number of months, largely led by former PRISM national committee member Dr Poppy Harrison and using data from 2025's Network-wide survey on PRISM identities, needs and priorities. It focuses on three goals that align with the network vision: stronger career pathways and improved professional development for PRISMs; improved recruitment and job security for PRISMs; and increased recognition and influence for PRISMs and PRISM roles.
