TA-14 Admissible Egress Architecture Version 2.2 defines a governed architecture for proving what was permitted to leave a system, what actually crossed the boundary, which control performed the transfer, transformation, refusal, or delay, what the destination received, and whether the resulting disclosure, transmission, execution, receipt, and material effect remained admissible.

The architecture treats outbound movement as a governed execution event rather than merely a network transaction, security log, data-loss-prevention event, or transport record. It establishes requirements for proposed payloads, source boundaries, destinations, purposes, sender and recipient authority, admitted evidence, continuity, transformation, admissibility determinations, binding, commit, technical transmission or refusal, receipt, downstream effect, preservation, challenge, and bounded public claims.

Version 2.2 includes:

• a sixteen-stage Admissible Egress chain;
• ALLOW, HOLD, DENY, and ESCALATE determinations;
• evidence requirements before commit, during enforcement, and after execution;
• a transformation evidence profile;
• deterministic binding and continuity requirements;
• the TA-14 Admissible Egress Artifact model;
• protected public/private evidence separation;
• multi-agent and tool-mediated egress requirements;
• technical enforcement patterns;
• failure, replay, retry, substitution, and challenge pathways;
• twelve numbered normative requirements;
• six conformance levels from L0 Unmapped through L5 Operationally Demonstrated;

• an implementation blueprint;
• operational integration with the TA-14 AI Governance Exchange;
• worked examples;
• an evidence-to-claim matrix;
• artifact and uncertainty state profiles; and
• explicit public claim and supersession controls.

Admissible Egress is an execution-boundary specialization within TA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture. It does not replace the parent architecture. Admissible Execution governs whether an action earned the right to occur. Admissible Egress governs whether what left the system remained within the authorized payload, destination, purpose, authority, transformation, route, control, timing, and downstream-use envelope.

The publication establishes the governing institutional architecture and conformance model. Technical implementation conformance requires the applicable TA-14 Admissible Egress Architecture Conformance Specification and bounded test set.

This publication supersedes TA-14 Admissible Egress Architecture Versions 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, and 2.1. Earlier versions remain part of the preserved publication history.
