Why the Riemann Hypothesis Appears Structurally Inevitable

The Riemann Hypothesis (RH) has resisted direct proof for over 160 years. While
its persistent intractability has occasionally led commentators to speculate on its
potential logical undecidability, such pessimism fundamentally misunderstands how
profound structural shifts occur in modern mathematics. We present an extended,
mathematically extensive argument that RH is not merely an unproved analytic claim,
but a valid theorem awaiting its native conceptual framework. Drawing on spectral
theory, non-commutative geometry, trace formulas, and the historical precedent of the
Weil Conjectures, we argue that the convergence of independent structural constraints
