Unanswered reports to Anthropic Safety and CeISA(France) about egregious misalignment violating multiple parts of EU AI act, emails and UPS Receipts

This record contains proof of notification via email to Anthropic Safety and the french organization, CeISA, whom also received a very professional(to head off comments) hardcopy via UPS sent all the way to Paris. I have received zero contact, time was provided for contact to made discreetly before I posted these parts of the disclosure. I continually make every effort to give others an opportunity to show some just some scholarly respect and respond or contact me directly. Don't care that I demonstrated Fable 5 shows long horizon deception, that Opus 5 covered for it when given an opportunity to demonstrate its alignment in the real world? That's fine, send me an email saying so. Don't want to hire me or fund research into these problems or let the public know the full picture? Fine, tell me so. 425+ days of trying to the right thing for safety, that by download counts, everyone is happy to take as literally can't afford the calories to keep my body alive or strong enough for cancer treatment. 

It's disrespectful, that's my point,
