Description
In contemporary Uzbekistan, Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) and delayed ossification of the femoral head (caput femoris) have escalated from minor orthopedic anomalies into a critical, widespread public health crisis. Clinical and pediatric rehabilitation registries indicate that approximately 80–90% of infants present with varying degrees of hip joint insufficiency. This study conceptualizes the root causes of DDH not merely as isolated congenital defects, but as systemic failures driven by archaic socio-cultural dynamics, severe atmospheric pollution, and a nutritional emergency triggered by Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and ultra-processed, micronutrient-depleted diets. To counteract this epidemic and eliminate preventable pediatric musculoskeletal disabilities, this paper introduces a highly safe, validated dual-stage preventive national protocol spanning from targeted prenatal biochemical optimization to disciplined postnatal anatomical and clinical vigilance.
