MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND THEORETICAL INVESTIGATION OF AN IMPROVED HARROW-TYPE WOOL WASHING MACHINE

Description

In this article, the efficiency of the improved harrow wool washing machine was theoretically studied based on the mathematical modeling method. In the study, the main input parameters affecting the operation of the machine - the frequency of the crank rotation, the speed of wool supply and the number of rows of harrow piles - were evaluated using the central non-compositional experimental design method, the washing efficiency, the degree of wool entanglement and the effect on work productivity. Based on the experimental results, regression equations were constructed, their adequacy was checked using the Fisher criterion and the significance of the coefficients was checked using the Student criterion. As a result of the study, the optimal operating modes of the machine were determined, and the technological efficiency of the proposed design was substantiated.
