Underlying dataset for figures published in "htrSPRanalysis: An open source R package for expedited analysis of high-throughput binding kinetics data"

The dataset consists of all underlying data associated with McCarthy et al. 2026 PLoS Comput Biol 22(7): e1014581 (https://doi. org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1014581). Each folder under the main Zip file corresponds to data shown in the individual figure, with the figure number indicated in the folder names. Folder for each Figure contains two excel files with "data info sheet for figure" and "time series data for figure" as well as the image called "output for figure" in PDF format.
