DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE EDUCATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS A BASIS FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The article discusses the conceptual foundations of the digital transformation of the management system of educational organizations in the context of digitalization. The essence of digital transformation, its main components and features of implementation in the management system of educational organizations are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to digital strategy, technological infrastructure, digital culture, artificial intelligence and data analytics. Based on the analysis of the experience of leading universities in the USA, Russia and China, the main directions of digital transformation of the management system were identified. It was concluded that the integrated introduction of digital technologies contributes to improving the efficiency of management activities and the quality of educational services.
