Description
Purpose: Financial inclusion has become a major policy priority in Nigeria because of its potential to promote inclusive economic growth and improve access to formal financial services. However, the persistent use of commercial bank transaction charges and the limited understanding of how behavioural factors shape customers financial participation have continued to raise concerns among policymakers and researchers. This study examined the effect of commercial bank transaction charges on financial inclusion from the customers perspective. Specifically, it investigated how commercial bank transaction charges, customer awareness and understanding, customer perception, and usage behaviour influence financial inclusion.
