MULTIPULM 2nd Press Release (CoP)

This press release announces the opening of registration for MULTIPULM’s Communities of Practice in Brazil, Serbia and Türkiye. These groups will bring together patients, informal carers, healthcare professionals, researchers and policymakers to help shape the project’s digital and AI-supported tools for integrated multimorbidity care.
