Generative Paper 5: Organizational Space and Organizational Fields

Description

The previous paper established the ψ–Θ–χ architecture as the minimal continuous realization of recursive organization. It showed how the three organizational roles identified in Primitive Recursive Functions—Generation, Relation, and Recursive Consistency—naturally extend into three continuously coupled components.

However, an important question remains unanswered. What kind of entities are ψ, Θ, and χ?

Throughout the previous paper, these components were introduced only through their organizational roles. Their mathematical and ontological nature was intentionally left unspecified. As a result, before their dynamics can be studied, it is necessary to clarify both what they are and the kind of domain in which they exist. This paper addresses that missing conceptual layer.

We first introduce the concept of Organizational Space, a pre-geometric domain that should not be identified with physical space or spacetime. We then define Organizational Fields, whose states represent organization rather than physical quantities. Within this perspective, ψ, Θ, and χ are understood not as physical fields, but as three organizational fields describing generative variation, relational organization, and recursive stabilization.

The purpose of this paper is therefore not to introduce new dynamics, but to establish the ontological foundation required for the dynamical theory developed in the subsequent papers. By distinguishing organizational space from physical geometry and organizational fields from physical fields, the framework provides the conceptual transition from the static architecture established so far to the generative dynamics that follow.

This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Earlier works in this program explore different layers and stages of the framework, ranging from foundational pre-structural regimes to geometric realization:
