D1.3 - Modular training programme for managers and advisors

Report describing the design and implementation of Driving Impact: Empowering Research Managers in Knowledge Valorisation, Co-Creation & Open Science, a modular training programme for research managers and research support staff. It presents the programme’s objectives, structure and expected outcomes, together with practical materials and exercises on stakeholder engagement, institutional readiness, Open Science, intellectual property management, research assessment, leadership and cultural change. The programme combines a two-day in-person workshop with complementary online sessions and peer exchanges.

This deliverable was prepared by Eamonn McCallion, with Cindy Bråtenfeldt as co-author, from consortium member Karlstad University (KU) of the KALEIDOS project (funded by the European Union under Grant Agreement No 101132079).
