TEAM4Excellence Gender Equality Plan 2026–2029

The TEAM4Excellence Gender Equality Plan 2026–2029 establishes the organisation’s framework for promoting gender equality, equal opportunities, inclusive organisational practices and the prevention of discrimination, harassment and gender-based violence.

The Plan applies to governance, decision-making, recruitment, professional development, project management, research, training, educational content, dissemination, events and external representation. It defines governance responsibilities, objectives, action areas, monitoring arrangements, reporting procedures and confidential reporting mechanisms.

The Plan is aligned with the Horizon Europe Gender Equality Plan framework and addresses publication and endorsement, dedicated resources, data collection and monitoring, and training and awareness.
