Figure 2 Phylogenetic tree of relationships within the genus Scincella reconstructed using four mitochondrial gene fragments (12S, 16S, COI, CYTB) and one nuclear gene (RAG1). Ultrafast bootstrap supports (BS) from ML analysis and Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP) from BI analysis are shown above the branches. The scale bar represents 0.06 nucleotide substitutions per site.
