Figure 1 Geographic distribution of Scincella dabieshanensis sp. nov. (1–4) in Dabie Mountains used in this study, as well as some sampling points of Scincella vandenburghi (5–7) and Scincella 'modesta' (8–9). Numbers represent sampling localities: 1: Jinzhai County, Anhui Province; 2: Shangcheng County, Henan Province; 3: Shangcheng County, Henan Province; 4: Xin County, Henan Province; 5: Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province; 6: Feidong County, Hefei City, Anhui Province; 7: Feidong County, Hefei City, Anhui Province; 8: Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province; 9: Yichang City, Hubei Province. Elevation data were sourced from the Geospatial Data Cloud site, Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
