Description
drop support for Python 3.10, update numpy and other minimum versions
add dependencies of vispy, pyopengl, and pyopengl-accelerate
drop (for now?) use of jeepney for dark=mode detection on Linux.
update getting matpotlib colormaps, compatible with matplotlib 3.11.
explicitly call use_darkdetect() when initializing wx.Apps
adds VisPy-based ImageCanvas and Histogram widgets. These are preliminary versions, but promise faster image and histogram display. This includes support for color themes, live "on hover" reporting of values, and multiple methods for setting image contrast.
