McAllister-NOAA/REVAMP: REVAMP v1.2 release
Description
New taxonomy structure for NCBI requires an update of taxonkit to v0.20.0. This also requires use of taxonkit reformat2. Otherwise, all lineages begin with a leading ";" and cause REVAMP to classify everything as unknown domain (i.e. "Environmental Unknown"). Please update to continue use.
