QCG Research Notes: No Gloves Archive, Vol. 1: Internal Research Notes, Interpretive Expansions, Corrections, Extensions, and Working Analyses of Quantum Collapse Geometry

Description

The QCG Research Notes: No Gloves Archive is a public collection of internal research notes, working analyses, interpretive expansions, corrections, speculative probes, synthesis papers, and revision-driving documents associated with the Quantum Collapse Geometry research program.

The collection was originally maintained privately under the working name “QCG No Gloves.” The name reflects the function the notes served: unlike the principal public QCG papers, which were intentionally written through domain- and audience-appropriate scientific framing, the Research Notes provided a less audience-conditioned environment in which the theory could be discussed in a more direct, exploratory, cross-domain, and personally natural research voice.

The Research Notes should not be read simply as developmental drafts from which Quantum Collapse Geometry was constructed. Much of the principal QCG architecture predates the Research Note series. Many notes instead revisit already existing QCG structure through a different access regime: making implicit relationships explicit, exploring consequences, preserving speculative interpretations, comparing distant domains, identifying unresolved bridges, or explaining why particular public formulations were framed as they were.

Some later Research Notes did materially alter the QCG program. They identified errors, introduced new distinctions, resolved earlier compressed explanatory transitions, strengthened guardrails, or generated revisions later incorporated into public A-, B-, and related QCG papers. The archive therefore contains several different relationships to the public theory: interpretation, explication, exploration, synthesis, correction, resolution, extension, and historical or methodological reconstruction.

For this reason, a statement appearing in a Research Note should not automatically be treated as a current canonical QCG claim. Individual notes may contain provisional mechanisms, speculative interpretations, superseded terminology, rejected hypotheses, unresolved formal targets, or claims later narrowed or replaced. Where possible, readers should consult the note’s date, version, status, downstream revisions, and the current public QCG corpus before attributing a historical Research Note to the present theory.

The archive is being released publicly for several purposes:

  • to preserve a high-resolution record of QCG interpretation, criticism, revision, and correction;
  • to make unresolved problems and open formal bridges available to researchers who may be able to carry them further;
  • to allow independent examination of how earlier claims changed rather than presenting only retrospectively polished outcomes;
  • to preserve enough intellectual genealogy that later researchers need not depend upon the author’s memory or continued participation;
  • and to provide additional access surfaces through which QCG can be reconstructed, challenged, translated into native disciplinary language, or replaced where better explanations become available.

The Research Notes are not peer-reviewed publications merely by virtue of appearing in this archive. Their evidential and formal status varies substantially from note to note. Public release is intended to make that variation more inspectable, not to erase it.

The orientation paper QCG No Gloves: The Research Note Is Not the Theory should be read first. It explains the historical relationship between QCG Prime and the Research Note archive, the role of public and private projection regimes, the classification of Research Note types, claim-status conventions, frozen-archive methodology, supersession and revision practices, and appropriate use of the archive in scholarly citation.

Reading and Citation Guidance

Researchers interested in the current state of Quantum Collapse Geometry should consult the latest canonical public QCG papers and monograph materials.

Researchers interested in the interpretive history, open problems, failed mechanisms, corrections, extensions, and internal research architecture should consult the Research Note archive.

When discussing a specific Research Note, citation of the individual note and version is preferred. The collection DOI may be cited when referring to the archive as a whole.

A superseded or historical note should be described as such where that status is known. The existence of a statement in an earlier note does not by itself establish that the statement remains part of current QCG.

Archive Status

This is a public research archive, not a certification of consensus, external validation, peer review, or endorsement.

Download, view, or access statistics indicate use of the archive only. They should not be interpreted as evidence of active collaboration, agreement with QCG, independent verification, institutional affiliation, or third-party endorsement.

The archive intentionally preserves some failed, provisional, and superseded material because a research record containing only surviving claims would provide a misleading picture of theory formation and correction.

Public preservation does not require total exposure. Material involving legitimate third-party privacy, confidential correspondence, identifying medical information, security-sensitive content, or unrelated personal information may remain withheld or redacted.

Collaboration

The archive is also intended as an open collaboration surface.

Researchers are especially invited to identify:

  • established native-domain equivalents of QCG concepts;
  • mathematical obstructions or counterexamples;
  • failed cross-domain transports;
  • stronger existing terminology or formalism;
  • missing recovery maps;
  • experimental or computational tests;
  • mechanisms capable of replacing provisional QCG placeholders;
  • places where QCG distinctions are redundant;
  • and places where the architecture itself, rather than merely a proposed mechanism, should be revised.

Adoption of QCG terminology is not required for collaboration. Where a receiving discipline possesses a more precise native language, reconstruction in that language is preferred.

Series information (English)

The QCG Research Notes: No Gloves Archive is a public collection of internal research documents associated with Quantum Collapse Geometry.

The notes provide a less audience-conditioned companion to the principal public QCG corpus and include interpretive expansions, speculative investigations, formalization targets, synthesis papers, corrections, superseded mechanisms, methodological analyses, and documents that later contributed to revisions of the public theory.

The Research Notes are not uniformly canonical statements of QCG and should be interpreted according to their date, version, role, and later revision history. Readers seeking the current theory should consult the latest canonical QCG publications. Readers seeking the broader interpretive, corrective, and research genealogy may use this archive together with the orientation paper QCG No Gloves: The Research Note Is Not the Theory.

Public access is intended to support independent evaluation, reproducible intellectual genealogy, correction, and future collaboration. Access statistics do not imply endorsement, review, or collaboration.
