Examined material. Holotype ♂: BRASIL, Amazonas, Iranduba, Sítio Santa Maria, 03º06'S / 60º19'W, 21.xi.2015, Coleta manual de casal em cópula em arbusto no período da noite, D. G. Pádua leg.” “ Milenascopia bilineata Queiroz & Rafael, 2019 ” (INPA)

Diagnosis. Transverse sclerite arched, with anterior margin concave, posterior convex, with minute projections. Branch of lophi widened. Hook of lophi in dorsal view rounded, shortened. Ectophallic valves projected posteriorly.

Description. This species is well described in Queiroz & Rafael (2019).

Comments. This species can be separated from all other cogeneric by the projected ectophallic valves, except for Milenascopia robusta comb. nov., which also has this character. From this latter species, Milenascopia bilineata can be differentiated by the shape of the transverse sclerite, which is arched in Milenascopia bilineata and rectangular, with all margins straight in Milenascopia robusta comb. nov.

Geographical records. BRAZIL, Amazonas, Iranduba (Fig. 55).
