Replication package for: Ronchi, M. and N. Smith, "Daddy's Girl: Daughters, Managerial Decisions, and Gender Inequality", The Review of Economic Studies. The package contains the Stata and SAS programs that construct the analysis data and produce all tables and figures in the paper, together with the publicly available OECD, European Values Study and Statistics Denmark data documentation used for selected appendix figures. The underlying administrative registry data from Statistics Denmark are confidential and cannot be redistributed; access conditions are described in the README.
