Devolution

Let the world watch; let only the room steer. There are two ways to reach a thing — look at it, or touch it. We lump them together and call it "access," and that is the mistake almost everything is built on. Looking takes nothing and can be open to everyone; touching changes a thing for everyone else, and belongs to whoever is there to answer for it. Evolution pulls the power to act toward a distant center. Devolution returns it to the ground. Not closing the doors — sorting them.
