Medicinal seed attribution-descriptor analysis

Description
Initial versioned release of the analysis code supporting the study 'Contextualizing CNN attribution maps using predefined image-derived descriptors in medicinal plant seed classification'.
This release includes:
- preprocessing and manual-orientation correction workflows;
- model training and independent-test evaluation code;
- Integrated Gradients and Grad-CAM analysis code;
- image-derived descriptor generation and association analysis;
- descriptor-summary classification and manuscript table/figure generation;
- reproducibility environment specifications, documentation, and automated repository validation.
The code is released under the MIT License. The companion image dataset is a separate research output and is not included in this software release.
