Description

This handbook provides collaborators with everything needed to design and run pilot studies testing the Rex Autistikon hypothesis. It includes the core biotensegrity-based framework of eight sensor-rich myofascial and visceral zones, the predictive-coding / precision-weighting formalization (including the tissue filter and free-energy gradients), autonomic and amygdala–prefrontal implications, a complete multi-session pilot protocol, practical shear-wave elastography guidance, statistical analysis recommendations, and a ready-to-use MPA–Zone scoring checklist.

It is intended as a practical companion to the primary monograph (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20737319).
