This canonical publication should be read together with the following separately deposited publications:

CCR-PUB-002 — Associated Constitutional Documentary Records, comprising CRM-001, CRR-001, CDR-001 and CAIR-001. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21535782.

CCR-PUB-002 records the constitutional reasoning, controlled review, documentary registry and disclosed AI assistance associated with the construction and publication of CCR v1.0. It supports the recoverability of this canonical publication but does not form part of CCR v1.0 and does not possess equivalent canonical authority.

CP-SPLR-001 — Constitutional Physics: Scholarly Positioning and Comparative Literature Review, Version 1.0. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21534139.

CP-SPLR-001 situates Constitutional Physics against relevant established scholarship, identifies antecedents, disciplines claims of novelty and states the programme’s unresolved evidential burdens. It is an associated, non-canonical and corrigible scholarly publication. It does not amend CCR v1.0 or independently establish the operational or scientific validity of Constitutional Physics.

This publication constitutes CCR-PUB-001, the first canonical public edition of the Canonical Constitutional Record of the Constitutional Physics programme, which arises from and remains scientifically continuous with the Dot Theory programme and its publicly recoverable website corpus, and which establishes the constitutional and methodological foundation for the prospective CTA-PILOT-001 and CTA-PILOT-002 studies as separately declared, testable modelling experiments whose future execution and results will retain independent documentary and evidential status.

It comprises:

• the Reader’s Orientation;
• Volume I — Constitutional Identity and Programme Status;
• Volume II — Constitutional Scientific Development; and
• Volume III — Documentary and Institutional Governance.

Together, these components establish the adopted constitutional identity, scientific-development architecture and documentary-governance structure of Constitutional Physics at Version 1.0.

Constitutional Physics is presented as a constitutional programme for the governance, preservation and development of communicable scientific knowledge. It examines the conditions under which representations, assumptions, derivations, claim states, provenance, residuals, interpretive limits and successor relations may remain recoverable across human, institutional and computational contexts.

CCR v1.0 establishes the first adopted canonical state of the programme. It succeeds the CCR v0.4 Candidate while preserving that candidate and earlier developmental states as historically recoverable predecessors.

Canonical publication establishes the declared constitutional identity and internal recoverability of the programme. It does not establish that the architecture is necessary, unique, universally applicable or externally scientifically valid. Those questions remain dependent upon independent execution, comparison, criticism, adverse testing and reproducible evidence.

CCR v1.0 also declares a recoverable validation programme containing two prospective experimental objects:

• CTA-PILOT-001 — Independent Constitutional Recovery Pilot; and
• CTA-PILOT-002 — Independent Cross-Framework Comparative Application Pilot.

Their declaration records prior methodological intention only. It does not constitute execution, evidence, validation, successful performance or collaborator endorsement. Any later protocols, executions and results must be published as separately identified and versioned records.

The publication includes a bounded reference architecture for the Dot Theory website. Website materials remain living and mutable reference resources and do not acquire canonical authority merely by being linked. Where website content conflicts with this DOI-fixed edition concerning the constitutional identity of the programme, CCR-PUB-001 governs.

Those associated publications support documentary and scholarly recoverability but do not form part of CCR v1.0 and do not independently amend the canonical constitutional state.
