Description

Abstract (English)
SPCR v1.0 is the portable canonical reference for Schloemer::Notation — a semantic reference and governance framework for supported AI systems.
The reference defines core markers, a canonical initialization sequence, and rules for detecting and limiting semantic drift. It addresses evidence and provenance and establishes boundaries for claims, admissibility, and output. It also includes procedures for the portable reactivation and verification of the semantic reference state.
Its purpose is to support stable, traceable, and verifiable semantic work across different chats, projects, and supported systems. Practical application requires the reference to be fully available, readable, and applicable within the technical and platform-specific constraints of the respective system.
The SaaS Snapshot Bundle v1.0 serves as a portable transport and review artifact for the SRA Portable Canonical Reference v1.0. It includes the canonical reference, a documented snapshot, reactivation and verification instructions, a review profile, a manifest, checksums, and the associated attribution information.
SPCR v1.0 is not a technical runtime and does not modify model weights, platform permissions, or inference mechanisms. It provides a semantic reference and review layer for controlled, traceable, and drift-aware AI interactions.
SPCR v1.0 also defines tokenizing as a semantic efficiency and representation check. It assesses whether structure, markers, and semantic compression represent the relevant context efficiently and without material loss of meaning.
This definition does not claim direct control over a model’s internal tokenizer, context processing, memory consumption, or computational resources. Potential effects on token usage, instruction adherence, latency, memory requirements, semantic consistency, and output quality are empirical research questions that require model-specific and task-specific validation.
