Description

ETQ-303 v3.0.1 is a documentation-only terminology and exposition clarification of the exact finite 303-state event protocol originally archived as ETQ-303 v3.0.0 at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21455181.

The construction uses finite-dimensional mathematical vector spaces. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, scalars are elements of C, dim(V) denotes algebraic vector-space dimension, and tensor products are taken over C.

The ETQ-303 state space is defined by

H_303 = H_101 tensor C^3,

with

dim(H_303) = dim(H_101) dim(C^3) = 101 x 3 = 303.

Here 303 is both the algebraic dimension of the finite event/state vector space and the number of basis-indexed states in the exact construction. It is not a claim about 303 physical spacetime dimensions. The C^3 factor is the declared independent three-state, or qutrit-like, tensor factor used by the protocol and introduces no additional physical ontology.

The E8 root system is represented in an 8-dimensional Euclidean root space, the D4 subsystem has algebraic rank 4, the ETQ-101 selected basis contains 101 states, and the ETQ-303 tensor extension contains 303 states. These mathematical dimensions and state counts do not by themselves imply a physical interpretation.

Version 3.0.1 adds a Notation and Conventions subsection, an explicit derivation of the 101 x 3 = 303 tensor-product dimension, clarified E8 and D4 terminology, updated supporting documentation, canonical LaTeX source, a rebuilt PDF, and regenerated publication checksums.

No mathematical construction, operator, state indexing, state ordering, event ordering, event generation, deterministic artifact, canonical JSON, schema, test fixture, implementation identity, protocol hash, software behavior, or scientific claim was changed. This release is a clarification and should not be interpreted as a mathematical correction.

The machine-readable ETQ-303 protocol identity remains v3.0.0 because its behavior and identity-bearing artifacts are unchanged. Version 3.0.1 versions the documentation, exposition, and publication metadata only.

The archived ETQ-101 v2.0.0 base release remains available at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21432511.

ETQ-303 v3.0.0 remains the immutable original release at Git tag v3.0.0, commit 6b55e51647226d1c248dc8d79f9ed9336241c2ac, and DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21455181.

ETQ-303 v3.0.1 clarifies mathematical terminology and exposition without changing the protocol, deterministic outputs, implementation identity, state count, event generation, or scientific claim boundary.

The unchanged ETQ-303 data spreadsheet and parameter CSV retain their v3.0.0 filenames because their contents and protocol identity have not changed.
