This collection of tool profiles (Steckbriefe) documents twelve tools and applications related to the Gemeinsame Normdatei (GND), presented at the GND-Forum Humanities@NFDI held on 23–24 June 2026 in Göttingen. Each profile answers four questions: What is the tool for? What can you do with it? How do you access it? What should you keep in mind? The profiles are complemented by links to further information, contact details, and internationally recognized categorizations such as Cataloging, Enrichment, Retrieval, or Mapping. The collection is intended to grow as further tools are documented in the same format.
