長期休み明け(夏休み明け・年度替わり)に行き渋りが増えるタイミングの現場観察 | Field Observations on Increased School Reluctance Following Extended Breaks and Academic Year Transitions

本稿は、小学校教員として20年にわたり通常学級および通級指導教室で児童の支援に携わってきた筆者の観察に基づき、長期休み明け(夏休み明け・年度替わり)に行き渋りが増えるタイミングにおいて、児童にどのような変化が見られたかを、3つの類型に整理して考察するものである。対象とした6つの事例を横断的に分析した結果、行き渋りの背景は、①環境や生活リズムの変化で生じた戸惑い、②人間関係の変化で生じた揺れ、③頑張って適応していた子どもに表れた変化、という3つの類型に分類できることが示された。本稿は、行き渋りの背景にある多様な状況を記述し、教員が児童の変化をどのように観察してきたかを記録することを目的とする。

This paper examines changes observed in children at times when school reluctance increases following extended breaks (summer break, academic year transitions), organizing observations into three typologies based on the author's 20 years of experience as an elementary school teacher in both regular classrooms and resource rooms.
