別室登校・保健室登校から教室復帰に至るプロセスの観察 | Field Observations on the Process of Classroom Re-entry from Alternative Room and Health Room Attendance

本稿は、小学校教員として20年にわたり通常学級および通級指導教室で児童の支援に携わってきた筆者の観察に基づき、別室登校や保健室登校の状態にある児童が教室に復帰していく過程を、4つの類型に整理して考察するものである。対象とした8つの事例を横断的に分析した結果、教室復帰のプロセスは、①安心できる居場所の確保、②別室を拠点とした段階的な教室との再接続、③環境や目標の変化による転機、④人とのつながりによる後押し、という4つの経路に分類できることが示された。

This paper examines the process by which children attending alternative rooms (betsu-shitsu) or health rooms (hokenshitsu) return to regular classrooms, organizing the observations into four typologies based on the author's 20 years of experience as an elementary school teacher in both regular classrooms and resource rooms.
