発達グレーゾーンの児童に対する学習支援の工夫 | Practical Approaches to Learning Support for Children in the Developmental Gray Zone

本稿は、小学校教員として20年にわたり通常学級および通級指導教室で児童の学習支援に携わってきた筆者の観察に基づき、診断がつかない「発達グレーゾーン」の児童が学習場面で直面する困難と、現場で実施した支援の工夫を考察するものである。支援の成否は、つまずきの原因を正確にアセスメントできているかどうか、そして従来の「全員同じ課題」という枠組みを児童の特性に合わせて柔軟に調整できるかどうかによって大きく規定されるという立場をとる。

This paper examines the learning difficulties faced by children in the "developmental gray zone" — those who do not receive a formal diagnosis — and the practical support strategies implemented in the field, drawing on the author's 20 years of observational experience as an elementary school teacher in both regular classrooms and resource rooms (tsukyu).
