The Practitioner's Handbook

The Practitioner's Handbook is the first volume of the SCT Tool Kit: a deployment reference for executing Structural Command Theory as an operational methodology under proper governance. It specifies the qualification and capture-protection screens, the structural audit protocol, the correction phases, the structural and conduct failure-mode catalogs, and the instrumentation and application disciplines, in a numbered technical-reference format. A qualified practitioner can execute an SCT deployment from the Handbook alone. The doctrinal framework is conformed to the published theory of the SCT-SCL-ECC working paper series.
