samseg_long: a Nipoppy pipeline for FreeSurfer SAMSEG longitudinal segmentation

Description
A Nipoppy processing pipeline that runs the FreeSurfer longitudinal workflow per participant via niwrap: mri_robust_template builds an unbiased within-subject template and resamples each session into it, then run_samseg_long performs SAMSEG longitudinal segmentation.
